An outline for a FoI and Information Management Consultancy Project:
The aim of this short project is to develop a high level vision for the future of online knowledge management within the organization. This vision will allow the IT team to provide the leadership for a cultural change within the organization in respect to online services. It is intended to use the organization’s strategy for Freedom of Information Act provision as the focus of this project.

The consultancy will provide recommendations for:
