Punch CMS User Training
We understand that the success of any project lies with gaining internal buy-in from key decision makers and most importantly the daily users of the technology. This is why we have set up 3 levels of customised training for all Punch CMS and Punch Healthcare CMS Edition customers.
A lot of companies boast about how open architectured their systems are, yet offer little to no assistance in actually opening the lid to the core code. Without this knowledge you may as well invest in a closed system as the cost of carrying out any customisation will be almost impossible. Open architecture is only 'OPEN' if your supplier is going to help you with knowledge transfer.
At Harlequin Solutions we offer this knowledge and can offer you staff training at 3 Levels:
- Level 1: The Introduction course is for anyone who needs to publish and update content on the website. It enables the novice user to effectively author and edit documents online. Following this course users will have confidence to update and create pages immediately. This course is aimed at content contributors (Punch CMS Authors are typically the largest section of users) who will be responsible for maintaining content for specific pages on the internet and/or intranet.
- Level 2: The Administration course takes users through basic system administration, as well as infomation on how to customise templates and design from within Punch CMS. This course is designed with key personel in mind.
- Level 3: The Advanced Administration course will give users an introduction into the code set used within Punch. This course will also introduce ASP, XML and other scripting languages used within Punch. The course is crucial for users looking at the 'Special Features' and integrating Punch with legacy systems. The advanced course comes with a full developers manual to aid development with any customised features.
