As the Punch CMS backoffice is based on SQL server, all workflow and work in progress is held in the database prior to publishing. Then when the user decides to publish a page, Punch CMS automatically builds a static page ready for presentation.
Unlike many systems where pages are produced dynamically, Punch CMS delivers static pages which is by far the fastest method of delivery and also one of the cheapest.
